Smart Solutions is in search of a Help Desk Technician to join our client s support team in Madison, WI. If you have strong customer service skills and experience with variety of resolving help desk issues, this role is for you! In this role, you will provide customer support relating to computer issues, resolve technical problems via research, respond to all technical support requests, and ensure a timely resolution by tracking and monitoring the problem. Other basic help desk duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or related field
  • 2+ years in a similar help desk role including phone-based support and training end users through documentation and presentations
  • 2+ years with ITIL V3 framework
  • Strong sense of customer service and able to meet needs effectively using good judgment
  • Handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving, technical writing, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
