About the Job
Smart Solutions has a great opportunity for a recent college grad with IT skills as a 2nd Level Application Support Technician to join our team in Madison, WI! This position is a high-volume triage intensive support role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide second level support for claim center applications
- Monitor and interpret the Error Queue and Workflow Failure monitoring and correction.
- Run weekly metrics reports to track tickets.
What You Need for this Position
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and enjoy problem-solving
Able to learn Gosu fundamentals
Strong organizational skills
Experience supporting a complex vendor or custom applications
Experience with one or several of the following preferred:
GuideWire Claim Center
Windows Active Directory
Technical Support (1st level)
CA Service Desk
