About the Job

Smart Solutions has a great opportunity for a recent college grad with IT skills as a 2nd Level Application Support Technician to join our team in Madison, WI! This position is a high-volume triage intensive support role.




 

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide second level support for claim center applications
  • Monitor and interpret the Error Queue and Workflow Failure monitoring and correction.
  • Run weekly metrics reports to track tickets.

 

What You Need for this Position

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and enjoy problem-solving

  • Able to learn Gosu fundamentals

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience supporting a complex vendor or custom applications

  • Experience with one or several of the following preferred:

    • Gosu

    • GuideWire Claim Center

    • Microsoft Office/Outlook

    • PC Support

    • Windows 7

    • Windows Active Directory

    • Hardware troubleshooting

    • Technical Support (1st level)

    • Remote Assistance

    • CA Service Desk
