Smart Solutions has an amazing opportunity for a Support Desk Technologist to join our talented team in Madison, WI!




This role will  provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.




Qualifications:
  • Computer Technician experience, including desk side customer service
  • Basic Windows 7 experience
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Hardware Trouble Shooting experience
  • Lifting, bending #40 weights
  • Attention to details is critical
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A+ certification a big plus
  • Strong Customer Service/Support skills
  • MS Outlook skills
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience
