Smart Solutions is in search of an individual capable of providing Help Desk Support in beautiful downtown Madison, WI!


Your key responsibilities will be to develop support and training materials to be used to provide direct training to staff in group and individual environments, support customers over the phone, provide hands-on support to staff and partners and troubleshoot and resolve daily user issues quickly and successfully on  first  contact  covering a wide range of technology support tasks. This includes but not limited to printing, login and remote access, and application related support.


Qualifications for this Position include:
  • 3+ years experience in relevant  field / role
  • Experience in Active Directory Tools, Citrix, Microsoft Office Suite 2010, and Network Topology
  • Inventory Management, LAN / WAN, and Problem/Change Management experience
  • Experience with MS Windows 7 O/S
