Smart Solutions is currently seeking a Sr Change Management Practitioner to join our team in Madison, WI. This person will have between  5-8 years of experience and understands the tools, methodology, and models used in leading and managing change. This position is heavily focused on the people side of change, and candidates should have this background. However, they should also be a strong Project and Program Manager for IT or business-side delivery.






Well qualified candidates will have the following experience:

5+ years of experience in change management for large system and process transformation efforts



Experience implementing change management plans
Prosci / ADKAR Model Certification is strongly suggessted
People and process change management  emphasis




In addition, this person understands each change is different and develops an unique approach and plans to suit the situation and provides simple explanations for different aspects of change management to educate others.




  What You'll Be Doing:


  • Develop and oversee data collection and analysis efforts related to the Change Management assessments, focus groups, listening sessions

  • Conduct Change Impact and Change Readiness assessments - collect data, validate assessment findings, build corrective actions into existing plans, develop reports as needed

  • Perform analysis of Change Management assessments, including Readiness and Impact Assessments and effectiveness of the Change Management efforts including, but not limited to, communication and learning activities

  • Review future state objectives and intended benefits and map to current state, understand the full scope of changes including impact, complexity and magnitude

  • Monitor change adoption progress, highlight successes, and areas where corrective action may be needed

  • Assist in managing Change Management risk and issue resolution; implement mitigation plans as needed

  • Assist in identifying and developing Change Management metrics

  • Oversee the tracking and reporting out of Change Management metrics

  • Assist in the development of the Change Management network, including identification of people for the team, as appropriate

  • Oversee and lead Change Management Network meetings, as appropriate

  • Develop Change Management reports,  presentations, other documents as needed

  • Provide input into the design and development of learning and communication strategies/tactics

  • Assist in reviewing key messages for learning and communications

  • Assist in the execution of Change Management plans as needed
